Chef Misha is an early-maturing spinach variety characterized by rapid development and high yield. It takes 15–25 days from germination to the start of cutting. The leaf rosette is semi-erect, closed, with a diameter of 15–30 centimeters and a mass of 43–55 grams. The leaves are widely oval, large, dark green with a bubbly surface, indicating a high content of vitamins and mineral salts.
This spinach variety is distinguished by its high commercial yield—3.3–3.8 kilograms per square meter. When grown in film tunnels and coverings, the yield of greens increases by 2–3 times. Seeds of the Chef Misha variety have good resistance to diseases and do not require complex care, making them an ideal choice for a home garden and orchard.
Chef Misha spinach is recommended for consumption fresh, as well as stewed and boiled. Leaves are excellent for preparing salads, sides, borscht, and soups. Additionally, this variety is well-suited for canning and freezing, which allows preserving beneficial properties and taste for a long time.
