The Crepysh spinach variety is an early-maturing and high-yielding variety that reaches technical maturity within 20-30 days after germination. The leaf rosette of this variety has a diameter of 20-30 cm, with semi-upright or horizontal leaf arrangement. The leaves are large, elliptical in shape, light green in color, slightly pitted, with a medium-length petiole. The mass of one plant varies from 40 to 90 grams, while the yield ranges from 1.4 to 3.7 kg per square meter, making this variety highly productive.
Crepysh is distinguished by its resistance to bolting and excellent taste qualities, allowing it to be used both fresh and after thermal processing. Spinach is rich in easily digestible protein, vitamins A, C, E, as well as antioxidants and important minerals such as iron, calcium, and magnesium. Thanks to these properties, the variety is widely used in healthy dietary nutrition and modern cooking, including the preparation of salads, meat dish side dishes, and omelets.
For sowing the Crepysh variety, the spring and late summer period (July-August) is recommended. Seeds are planted at a depth of 2-3 cm, pre-soaked for 24 hours with regular water replacement 2-3 times. The sowing rate is 2.5-3.0 grams per square meter. The variety is suitable for cultivation in various conditions and ensures a stable and quality yield of green mass.
