Soybean MRIA

A Benchmark in Ukrainian Soybean Breeding

The «Mriya» soybean variety is a collaborative achievement of leading Ukrainian research institutions, including the V.Ya. Yuriev Plant Production Institute and the National Research Center «Institute of Agriculture of the NAAS». Developed to meet the specific requirements of the local agro-climatic zone, this variety provides a reliable and balanced performance for modern farming operations.

Key Agronomic Attributes

«Mriya» is classified as an early-maturing variety, with a vegetation period ranging from 90 to 100 days. This makes it a strategic choice for crop rotation planning, allowing for predictable harvesting schedules. Its physical characteristics include:

• Plant Morphology: Reaching a height of 80–90 cm, the plant architecture is optimized for mechanical harvesting, ensuring minimal field losses.
• Seed Quality: The variety offers high nutritional value with a protein content of 37–39% and an oil content of 22–23%.

As the patent holder, the National Research Center «Institute of Agriculture of the NAAS» ensures that the variety remains true to type, maintaining high-quality breeding standards. «Mriya» is recognized for its adaptation to regional soil conditions, offering professional growers a robust, high-yielding, and economically efficient solution for their fields.
