Soybean Feya

Stable Yields with Minimized Operational Risks

When selecting seeds for farms focused on intensive soybean cultivation, the "Feia" variety from the V. Ya. Yuriev Plant Production Institute remains a trusted choice. Its primary value for the agronomist is predictability. With a vegetation period of 100-110 days, the plant manages to fully realize its biological potential within Ukraine's climate, without requiring excessive spending on fungicide treatments.

Field Performance and Handling

The plant height of 100-110 cm makes this variety highly efficient for mechanized harvesting. A critical parameter for the combine operator is the height of the lower pods, which for "Feia" is 16-18 cm. This allows for minimized losses during cutting, ensuring a clean harvest even when working on slightly uneven terrain.

Grain Quality and Economics

For traders and processors, "Feia" is a liquid asset. The balanced seed composition makes it easy to find buyers:

• Protein content: 39-41% — an excellent figure for export contracts.
• Oil content: 22-23% — a strong characteristic that boosts margins when delivered to processing facilities.

The variety shows high adaptability to soil and climatic conditions, reducing the risk of yield gaps during unstable weather seasons. Managing "Feia" crops does not require specialized equipment; standard seeders and combines handle this material without the need for additional fine-tuning. It is a reliable choice for those who prefer proven breeding with a guaranteed commodity output.
