Deni exhibits resistance to a wide range of diseases, including fusarium, cercospora, false powdery mildew, pustular spot, rust, ascochytosis, and viral infections. Sowing is recommended for mid-to-late spring, with seeds pre-treated with fungicides for disease protection. The optimal sowing depth is 4 cm, and on heavy soils — 2 cm, with a seeding rate of 600-650 thousand viable seeds per hectare.

Crop care includes herbicide protection against monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds, as well as perennial weeds. Harvesting occurs in August, when leaves have fully dried and fallen, contributing to the production of high-quality yellow-beige seeds with a 1000-seed mass of approximately 157 grams and oil content up to 56%.
