Sorghum LOVED 80

Sorghum vetch of the LOVED 80 variety is an early-maturing and drought-resistant variety with a vegetation period of 89-91 days. The plant is dwarf, reaching a height of 143-148 cm, and is weakly bushy. The panicle of this variety is rachisless, loose, upright, and cylindrical, 47-51 cm long, colored in shades from dark brown to burgundy. The grain is round-oval, large, brown, membranous, and does not shatter, which ensures high yield quality and ease of harvesting.

The LOVED 80 variety is distinguished by high yield – the output of vetches per hectare is 3,5-4,0 thousand units. Due to its drought resistance and adaptation to the conditions of the North Caucasus region and the Republic of Crimea, this variety is suitable for cultivation in areas with limited moisture. Dwarfism and weak bushiness make the plant convenient for mechanized harvesting and processing.

In addition, the sorghum of this variety is characterized by high grain and fodder quality. The grain does not contain tannins, which increases its nutritional value and makes it an excellent feed for animals. The variety is distinguished by resistance to diseases and pests, as well as reliable protection from mycotoxins. These properties ensure yield stability and high product quality, making LOVED 80 a demanded choice for agricultural production.
