KRIMDAR 10 is a high-quality seed sorghum characterized by optimal moisture and purity indicators. The grain moisture does not exceed 19%, ensuring good preservation and suitability for sowing. Weed impurity content is limited to 5%, including gravel, damaged grains, and harmful impurities such as ergot and smut, which are strictly controlled and not allowed in significant quantities. Grain impurity does not exceed 10%, with sprouted and small grains also within permissible limits, and complete absence of pest infestation, guaranteeing high-quality seed material. Sorghum KRIMDAR 10 is a high-calorie and drought-resistant crop that consumes approximately one-third less water compared to corn, while maintaining similar caloric value and nutritional content. This crop adapts excellently to various soil and climatic conditions, preferring a warm climate and demonstrating high resistance to salinization and drought. The grain contains a significant amount of starch (61-68%), protein (7.8-16.7%), and fats (1.7-6.5%), making it a valuable raw material for producing flour, grits, alcohol, and starch. Additionally, molasses is obtained from the stems of sweet sorghum, while green mass and grain are widely used in feeding cattle. Thanks to a powerful fibrous root system capable of penetrating the soil to a depth of up to two meters, sorghum KRIMDAR 10 is successfully cultivated on various soil types, including saline and low-productive lands, making it an ideal choice for regions with unfavorable conditions. For successful seed germination, a temperature of no lower than 12 °C is required, so sowing is usually carried out in the second half of April to early May with seeds sown at a depth of 2–4 cm. Thorough soil preparation and seedbed preparation contribute to high germination and yield of this crop, confirming its popularity among agrarians in various regions.
