Soybean variety 'Oressa' is an early-maturing hybrid created based on individual selection from the hybrid combination SN 54-11 / Vilana, involving breeding lines from Russia, China, and Poland. Plants of this variety differ in medium height ranging from 56 to 68 cm, with an erect or semi-erect stem and grey pubescence. Flowers are white, seeds are small, elongated-depressed, yellow in color with a yellow hilum. The height of attachment of lower pods varies from 13 to 35 cm, while the proportion of pods located below 15 cm is only 3%. The 'Oressa' variety is characterized by high yield and quality indicators. In various regions, yield ranges from 12.2 to 19.0 c/ha, with maximum indicators reaching 35.3 c/ha. The weight of 1000 seeds varies from 107.8 to 147.9 g. Protein content in grains ranges from 33.7% to 39%, and oil content from 21% to 23.6%. The variety is resistant to lodging, shattering, and drought, ensuring crop stability even under unfavorable conditions. It also does not reduce productivity when grown with a 70 cm row spacing. 'Oressa' matures 5 days earlier than the 'Yasel'da' variety, allowing efficient use of a short growing season. The sum of effective temperatures from sowing to harvest maturity is about 2300°C. Thanks to its characteristics and adaptability, the variety is suitable for cultivation in various regions, providing a high output of protein and oil, which makes it attractive for agricultural production and processing.
