Description HINGUINIK
Hinguinik is a variety of sorrel with characteristic reddish veins on the leaves, giving it a bright and attractive appearance. The plant grows quickly: from sowing to the first cutting takes only 40‑45 days, and the height of the plants reaches 30–40 cm. The root is taproot, the stem is reddish-yellow and branched, which ensures resistance to unfavorable conditions.

Leaves are large, green with prominently expressed red veins, have a weakly sour taste, which makes them popular as microgreens. Due to high yield and rapid growth, Hinguinik is often used for growing microgreen crops both in protected and open ground.

The product packaging is a zip-packet weighing 10 g, which is convenient for storage and transportation. The packaging color matches the plant color – red, emphasizing its uniqueness. Such sorrel is suitable for both home cultivation and small commercial plantations where a fast growth cycle and bright appearance are valued.
