Description RBMS 77
RBMS 77 is a sugar beet variety developed by VNIIS and the Biysk Experimental-Selection Station, intended for high yield and high sugar content. This variety is distinguished by good technological qualities, making it in demand in agronomy for industrial sugar beet cultivation. Average yield in variety trials reaches 41.0 t/ha, while sugar content is about 18%, ensuring high sugar output during processing.

RBMS 77 is characterized by resistance to major sugar beet diseases, including root rots, powdery mildew, and cercosporosis. Such durability allows successful cultivation of this variety in various climatic conditions, including the Central Black Earth and North Caucasus regions. The root shape is conical with deep soil immersion (80-90%), which promotes good development and protection from adverse factors.

Average root mass is about 613 grams, and yield indicators in the Central Black Earth region reach 527.6 c/ha with 17.7% sugar content. In the Tambov region, the variety showed high results, exceeding the sugar collection standard by 22.6 c/ha. Thanks to these characteristics, RBMS 77 is a reliable choice for producers seeking a stable and quality sugar beet yield.
