The grain of Dankowskie Diament rye is uniform, with medium-high 1000-grain weight and high test weight. One of the key advantages of this variety is its high grain quality, which is ideal for milling and baking purposes. High falling number, maximum viscosity of starch paste, and high final germination temperature provide excellent technological properties during grain processing.
