DescriptionBAMBYSHEVA MEMORIAL
BAMBYSHEVA MEMORIAL® is a high-yielding winter rye variety developed through complex hybrid population methods, utilizing selected hybrid combinations and selected varieties. It belongs to the steppe ecological group and the vulgaris botanical variety. The plants reach an average height of about 135 cm, featuring a prismatic spike of light yellow color and oval-shaped grains with a characteristic light yellow hue and a mix of light green grains. The mass of 1000 grains is approximately 29 g, indicating high seed density and quality.
The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness, drought tolerance, and resistance to lodging and smothering, ensuring stable yields under various climatic conditions. The biological features of the variety include medium maturity and high yield, as well as high starch and protein content with low flour ash content. These characteristics make the variety particularly valuable for agricultural production and processing.
BAMBYSHEVA MEMORIAL® is recommended for producing dietetic rye-wheat molded bread, rye bread with bran, and low-calorie products. Thanks to the reduced content of trypsin inhibitor and high flour whiteness, the variety is suitable for making light rye croutons, oatmeal flakes, and compound feeds. Its commercial value is due to the combination of high yield and excellent grain baking qualities.
