Rose DIONYS

Aesthetics and Endurance: The 'Dionysus' Rose

The breeding work of the "New Holland" company has resulted in a variety that defies the stereotype of roses being high-maintenance shrubs. 'Dionysus' belongs to the shrub category — robust, vigorous-growing roses that are perfect for creating hedges and delineating garden spaces. In various climates, this variety has established itself as one of the most reliable assets for landscape design.

Character and Appearance

The 'Dionysus' bloom offers a harmonious blend of orange, yellow, and pink hues that transition seamlessly, creating an effect of inner luminescence. Its double-flowered form and bloom size (7–10 cm) keep the shrub decorative throughout the entire season, from early summer well into autumn. The mature plant reaches a height of 80–120 cm, making it suitable for both focal point plantings and dense mass arrangements.

Agricultural Advantages

• Winter Hardiness: Capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -35°C, ensuring survival in harsh climates.
• Disease Resistance: High resistance to powdery mildew significantly simplifies maintenance, reducing the need for frequent chemical treatments.
• Usage: The bush growth habit makes 'Dionysus' an ideal candidate for impenetrable yet visually stunning flowering hedges.

Choosing this variety from New Holland is an investment in a low-maintenance, high-impact landscape that remains attractive year after year with minimal effort.
