To protect the plant, it is recommended to cover the lower buds with soil and mulch the root zone with sawdust or leaf litter, as well as use frames with covering material that ensures air access and prevents rotting. The rose prefers sunny areas with fertile, well-drained soil at a neutral pH level of around 6.5, but does not require constant daily sunlight. The flowers of the Anniversary are large, densely double, over 10 cm in diameter, with a unique coloration: scarlet-dark red with a black hue, creating a velvety effect. Flowers bloom slowly and retain their decorative appeal for 12-15 days, making the variety particularly valuable for cutting and bouquet creation. Stems are long and sturdy, allowing flowers to be used in compositions. Flowering starts early and continues with short breaks until the first frost, occurring in two waves – in summer and autumn. The aroma is rich, with notes of jasmine, vanilla, and other delicate shades. The Anniversary rose has high decorative value and is widely used in landscape design. It looks great both in group plantings and in single compositions on lawns, creating a bright accent. This variety pairs well with various flowers, including veronica, petunia, bells, and lavender.
