Rootstock In 2 230

Understock V‑2‑230 is a hybrid of common cherry variety «Vladimirskaya» and understock form VP‑1, created to ensure high survival rate and resistance to unfavorable conditions. Thanks to the combination of genetic characteristics of both parental varieties, it demonstrates a high rooting percentage, which makes it especially valuable in horticulture and commercial cultivation.

One of the key advantages of V‑2‑230 understocks is their winter hardiness of the root system. This allows trees to withstand low temperatures without losing viability, as well as ensures stable growth even in harsh climatic conditions. In addition, they are resistant to common diseases such as coccomycosis and moniliosis, which reduces the need for aggressive chemical treatment.

Understock V‑2‑230 is ideally suited for microclonal propagation, allowing quick reproduction of high-quality plants while preserving all desired characteristics. Its high survival rate makes it a preferred choice for both novice gardeners and experienced farmers seeking maximum yields and longevity of their plantings.
