Receptacles are thin, medium in length, and inflorescences are semi-spreading and multi-flowered. Fruits of the Kalymlchanka 87 variety have heart-shaped form with a neck, red in color, with an average weight of about 11.7 grams. Flesh is light red, juicy and firm, with a sweet-sour taste and pronounced aroma. Sugar content in fruits is 6.4%, and acids — 1.2%, providing a pleasant taste balance. Vitamin C in fruits reaches 35.3 mg%. Tasting score of fresh fruits is high — 4.9 points, indicating high fruit quality. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness, as well as drought and heat resistance, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in complex climatic conditions. Disease and pest resistance is at the level of standard varieties. Additionally, for propagation and preservation of the variety in laboratory conditions, optimal concentrations of benzylaminopurine (BAP) in the nutrient medium are 0.5-0.75 mg/L, which promotes high shoot formation frequency and maintains plant viability for a long time.
