Description FIRE-BIRD
The 'Fire-Bird' raspberry variety is a remontant variety with powerful canes reaching heights from 1.6 to 2 meters. The bushes are weakly branched, with thin and soft thorns in the middle of the cane, possess good cane ability, while directing energy to replacement canes rather than new growth. This variety is distinguished by high frost resistance down to -20°C and is suitable for both home growing and small-scale production.

The berries of 'Fire-Bird' raspberry are large, weighing from 4 to 6 grams, have a correct conical shape and a bright red color. The taste of the berries is sour-sweet with a pronounced aroma, making them an excellent choice for fresh consumption as well as for use in cooking. Berries are well transported and maintain longevity for a long time, which expands their application possibilities.

The yield of the variety is high - from one bush you can collect from 2 to 3 kg of berries. Fruiting begins in mid-August and continues until the first frosts, which allows realizing up to 90% of the yield potential. 'Fire-Bird' raspberry is excellent for freezing, making compotes, jellies, jams, and decorating desserts, combining attractive appearance and rich taste.
