Rapeseed SY Medal is a valuable oilseed hybrid designed for cultivation in various regions of Ukraine. Plant height reaches 160–170 cm, and potential yield can reach 50 centners per hectare. The plant belongs to the Brassicaceae family and exhibits rapid spring development, as well as moderate-intensity growth in autumn. Rapeseed leaves are green and covered with a waxy coating, while stems are branched and hairy. Flowers are small and yellow, producing abundant nectar, making rapeseed attractive to bees and facilitating pollination. Additionally, rapeseed green mass is a highly nutritious feed, containing twice as much protein as corn, making it beneficial for animal feeding.
To achieve maximum yield, it is recommended to follow sowing norms of 450,000 to 600,000 seeds per hectare.
