RX131 / PX131

RX131 is a new medium-maturing hybrid of winter rapeseed, designed for early sowing and adapted to various soil conditions, including both fertile and less fertile soils. Plants of this hybrid are characterized by traditionally low-growing rosettes and a height of 124 to 140 cm. Slow development in autumn and slow spring regrowth ensure resistance to damage from late spring frosts, which is especially important for regions with a late start of vegetation. The highly developed root system contributes to high production efficiency and resilience under adverse conditions. The RX131 hybrid exhibits high resistance to premature pod cracking, minimizing yield losses. It has high winter hardiness and resistance to lodging, as well as good resistance to drought, fusarium, and cylindrical sporiosis. Due to strong lateral branching, plants do not require spring applications of growth regulators, simplifying agronomy and reducing cultivation costs. The hybrid responds well to intensive nutrient management and plant growth regulators, which helps increase yield and product quality. The yield potential of RX131 reaches 65 centners per hectare with high oil content in seeds, making it an economically advantageous choice for producers. Recommended seeding rates are 35–40 seeds per square meter for early sowing and 45–50 for optimal conditions. The hybrid is not recommended for very late sowing. Due to its characteristics and adaptability, RX131 is suitable for cultivation in all climatic zones where rapeseed is grown, ensuring stable and high yields.
