Radish Strik is an early-maturing variety intended for cultivation in both open and closed ground. It features a compact and neat plant that thrives well on light, fertile soils with regular watering. This variety is suitable for year-round cultivation, including spring and autumn periods, and can withstand slight shading, provided the site is cleared of weeds and protected from drafts. The vegetative period ranges from 18 to 28 days, allowing for quick harvest.

The radish fruits of the Strik variety have a regular round shape with a smooth and even surface. The diameter of the root crops varies from 3.5 to 6.5 cm, and the weight reaches approximately 22-30 grams. The fruit coloration is bright red, the flesh is snow-white, dense and juicy with a mildly sharp, piquant taste. The radish is not prone to cracking, bolting, or hollowness, which ensures high product quality. Thanks to its dense structure and resistance to damage, the fruits maintain their market appearance and taste qualities after transportation, washing, and storage.

Radish Strik has a high yield potential — from 1.5 to 3 kg per square meter. It is excellent for implementation on the fresh market and home cooking, especially for preparing fresh salads and other dishes. The fruits store well, do not wilt, and do not lose taste qualities during long-term storage, making this variety in demand among both farmers and home gardeners.
