SNOWY PEARL

The radish variety «Snowy Pearl» is a cold-resistant crop capable of thriving even under lowered temperature conditions. Sowing usually begins in March, and harvest is conducted from May to June. This variety belongs to the medium-early type with a vegetative period of 28 to 35 days, allowing for fresh root crops to be obtained in a short time.

The radish root crops of the «Snowy Pearl» variety have a round shape and a characteristic snow-white color for both the peel and the flesh. The skin is smooth and glossy, while the flesh is distinguished by its juiciness and crunchy structure. The above-ground part of the plant is also white, does not green and does not toughen, which gives the rows a neat and attractive appearance. The radish taste is classic, slightly spicy, which makes it versatile for use in salads and other culinary dishes.

The variety is characterized by high yield and good market quality of root crops, which are uniform and have an attractive appearance. Storage of fresh radish is possible in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, which ensures convenience in use and preservation of freshness. Despite the positive characteristics, there were problems with maturation of root crops in some cases, which may affect the quality of the harvest.
