The Multi-Pulti radish represents a mid-early variety with quality root crops of attractive color. The harvest forms uniformly over 25-30 days from germination. The root crops have a round shape and a mass from 15 to 25 grams, while the white base occupies 20 to 30% of the surface. The radish flesh is white, often transparent, sometimes with a pinkish tint, dense and juicy, with a characteristic sharp-sweet taste. The yield of the variety is 2-2.5 kg per square meter.
The Multi-Pulti variety is suitable for growing in open ground, as well as in spring film greenhouses and hotbeds. Sowing is carried out in early spring, starting from mid-April, with an interval of 10-12 days, which allows obtaining fresh harvest for a long period. Summer sowing is possible at the end of July – beginning of August for autumn use. Seed sowing is carried out in furrows 2-2.5 cm deep with a distance between plants of 10-12 cm.
Multi-Pulti radish is a cold-resistant culture; seedlings are able to withstand frosts down to -2-3°C. The optimal temperature for growth is 18-20°C. To obtain a high yield, it is recommended to plant radish after crops for which organic fertilizers were applied, which contributes to improving agronomic conditions and soil fertility.
