The MIF radish is an early-maturing vegetable, ripening in 22-24 days. The plant forms a semi-erect leaf rosette of medium length, green in color, with a broadly obovate shape and a rounded apex. Leaf petioles exhibit weak anthocyanin pigmentation. The root is round, red in color with a short white tip and a convex head. The radish flesh is white, tender, and juicy, ensuring good taste qualities. The mass of one root ranges from 17 to 25 grams, while the yield reaches 3.4-3.9 kg per square meter.

The MIF radish is distinguished not only by its pleasant taste but also by its beneficial properties. This low-calorie product contains few carbohydrates and has a low glycemic index.
