Description Mozolevskaya 15
Cucurbita moschata variety Mozolevskaya 15 is a medium-early, high-yielding variety with a vegetation period of 118-120 days. The plant is long-vining, with the main vine reaching 4-9 meters in length. The fruits are oval, slightly ribbed, weighing from 4 to 8 kilograms. The rind is hard, thin, and woody, with a characteristic pattern of wide longitudinal torn stripes, whose color changes depending on the fruit's ripeness: from dark green in immature state to yellow-orange at full biological ripeness.

The flesh is bright orange, dense, and slightly fibrous, distinguished by high sweetness and pleasant flavor. Total sugar content reaches approximately 8%, and carotene content up to 3.4 mg%. Due to these qualities, the pumpkin is versatile in use: suitable for making salads, pies, sweet casseroles, as well as for juice and other dishes. The thin rind facilitates peeling and cutting, making this variety especially convenient for processing.

Variety Mozolevskaya 15 has moderate transportability and storability, as well as relative disease resistance, contributing to stable yields when agronomic requirements are met. Yield ranges from 20 to 40 tons per hectare. Recommended for cultivation in all regions of Ukraine, confirming its adaptability and reliability under various climatic conditions.
