The pumpkin of the "Happy Boys" variety is an early-maturing large-fruited variety with a ripening period of about 80-86 days. The plant is bushy, very compact, with a short main vine, which facilitates care and planting. The fruits have a flat-round shape, smooth surface, and bright orange color. Each fruit weighs from 1.8 to 2.5 kg, and the rind is thin and flexible, making them easy to process and prepare.
The pumpkin flesh is rich in orange color, sweet and juicy, with a homogeneous consistency. Due to the high content of vitamins and carotene, this variety is particularly valuable for children's and dietary food. The pumpkin has good resistance to powdery mildew and drought, which increases its reliability and yield in various climatic conditions.
Seeding is recommended to be done for seedlings in April, followed by planting in the ground in May-June. Seeding directly into the ground at the end of May-June at a depth of 3-4 cm at a distance of 60x60 cm between plants is also possible. The plant's compactness and its resistance make the "Happy Boys" variety an excellent choice for growing in personal subsidiary holdings.
