EN PERSEY

EN PERSEY is a medium-maturity soft winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) variety intended for cultivation under various climatic conditions and on different soil types. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness, frost resistance, and drought tolerance, ensuring a stable and high yield. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 36 to 45 grams, and the protein content reaches 14.4%, which contributes to good baking qualities of the product.

The yield of the EN PERSEY variety can reach up to 112 centners per hectare, with average figures in the Central-Black Earth region being around 57.2 c/ha and in the Middle-Volga region around 38.1 c/ha. The variety is resistant to diseases such as powdery mildew and common bunt, has medium resistance to fusarium and brown rust, and is moderately susceptible to septoria. For seedling protection, seed treatment with a fungicide and insecticide is recommended, along with one or two fungicide applications during the growing season.

EN PERSEY is widely used in the production of flour, bread, and other food products thanks to its satisfactory baking qualities and high gluten content (up to 27.4%). This variety is recommended for cultivation in various regions, including Kursk, Penza, and Ulyanovsk regions, as well as the Republic of Mordovia, confirming its adaptability and reliability in agricultural production.
