Dachnyanka

The winter wheat variety 'Dachnyanka' belongs to the intensive type and is intended for universal use in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including the steppe and southern zones. It is characterized by a medium-early ripening time with a vegetation period of 275-280 days and medium-height plants ranging from 103 to 110 cm. Due to its resistance to lodging, shattering, and kernel sprouting in the ear, the variety ensures stable yields even under adverse weather conditions.

'Dachnyanka' demonstrates high productivity, exceeding the standard variety Kuyalnik by an average of 6.7 centners per hectare, as confirmed by variety trials conducted by the institute and practical results from 2020, when yields reached 60 centners per hectare. The variety possesses high frost resistance, drought and heat tolerance, as well as enhanced resistance to major fungal diseases, making it a reliable choice for intensive cultivation technologies.

Due to its qualities, 'Dachnyanka' is widely used in agriculture to achieve stable and high yields of wheat. Seed material of this variety is available for purchase, enabling farmers to select high-quality seeds adapted to their site conditions and ensuring effective cultivation.
