Dobirna

Wheat of the Dobirna variety is a whole-grain, non-processed grain in which all components of the whole grain are preserved in their natural form. This wheat is suitable for sprouting, which is especially recommended in proper nutrition, as during sprouting proteins and fats are converted into beneficial fatty acids, and the fiber content increases.
