The marketable tuber weight ranges from 90 to 160 grams, and the yield can reach up to 457 centners per hectare. The starch content in the tubers is 13-16%, providing medium mashability and making this variety suitable for various culinary purposes, including salads and fried potatoes (culinary type A-B). The yellow flesh does not darken during thermal processing, preserving the appealing appearance of dishes.

The Taisiya variety is distinguished by high resistance to major potato diseases such as rhizoctonia, rust, Y-virus, and Yntn-virus, as well as moderate resistance to late blight, phytophthora, and rot.
