Rostavitsia — a mid-early maturity table potato variety distinguished by high yield, reaching 38.7 to 50.9 tons per hectare. Tubers have round-oval shape and light-pink skin with creamy flesh, possessing high consumer quality rated 7.6–8.0 points. Starch content in tubers ranges from 12.6% to 15.8%, making this variety versatile for various culinary purposes.

The variety exhibits high resistance to several diseases, including potato cyst nematode, common late blight, and moderate resistance to phytophthora and scab. Additionally, Rostavitsia shows high drought tolerance, enabling successful cultivation across various climatic zones, including Polissia and Forest Steppe.
