About product
Description
The fruit of this variety is large, weighing from 40 to 60 grams, with an irregular oval shape, a protruding ventral side, and a rounded apex, slightly slanted towards the ventral suture. The skin is pinkish-lilac with small light subcutaneous dots and a strong waxy bloom. The flesh is yellowish-cream, translucent, of medium density, high in sugar content, and has a rich taste with a tasting score of 4.5 points. The pit accounts for about 3% of the fruit's weight and detaches easily from the flesh.
The variety is characterized by high and regular yield, reaching up to 120 centners per hectare. The fruits are well attached to the tree and have good transportability. Victorina has increased resistance to diseases and medium winter hardiness, allowing it to be grown in a temperate climate with frost down to -25°C. The ripening period is from July to September. The variety is mainly intended for fresh consumption but is also suitable for making jams, preserves, and dried fruits.
