WHITE STORK is a mid-season, high-yielding variety of parsleyroot, valued for its spicy taste and rich aroma. The roots have a conical shape, smooth white surface, and weigh from 90 to 110 grams. The flesh remains white and juicy, making them particularly attractive for home cooking.
The variety is characterized by high yield and uniformity of roots, as well as excellent taste qualities and easy processing. Average ripening allows planning harvest in August–September, while plants are easy to grow from sowing in April–May at a depth of 1.5–2.5 cm.
WHITE STORK is rich in essential oils, carbohydrates, mineral salts, and vitamins. These components contribute to strengthening eyesight and can be used as a vasodilator. Infusions of roots and decoctions from leaves are often used for cough, highlighting the beneficial properties of this variety.
