Enay — Medium-maturing sweet pepper variety. From seedlings to technical maturity 120-130 days, to biological maturity 145-155 days. The Enay pepper plant is tall, 60-70 cm high, strong and sprawling. Fruits are large, conical-prismatic, weighing 200-350 g, wall thickness 6-10 mm, light green in technical maturity, orange in biological maturity, excellent for long-distance transportation and long-term preservation of appearance. Flavor qualities — excellent. Enay pepper variety is resistant to verticillium wilt. Enay variety shows stable accumulation of ascorbic acid. Grown from seedlings. The most common method of seedling cultivation is sowing seeds in trays. Seedling age depends on the intended use of the product. For processing purposes, 25-45-day-old seedlings are planted. Planting scheme largely depends on irrigation method (60 X 25 cm for sprinkler irrigation and 90+50 X 20 cm for drip irrigation). Plant density 65-70 thousand plants/ha. Yield 60-70 tons/ha. Enay pepper fruits are suitable for canning, processing, freezing, and fresh consumption.
