Early maturing hybrid with a long fruiting period, high taste qualities, and disease resistance
Zefir F1 — Early, bee-pollinated hybrid. Begins fruiting on day 43-48 after emergence. Bee-pollinated, predominantly female-flowering, long fruiting period. Plant is medium-sized, with high branching ability. Green fruit is cylindrical with a pointed tip, white-haired, weighing 70-80 g. Fruit flesh is juicy, tender, sweet. Fruits of the early bee-pollinated hybrid Zefir F1 remain fresh for a long time, retaining their commercial and taste qualities. Early hybrid Zefir F1 is characterized by its adaptability and high yield (55-65 t/ha). It has high commercial value (93 %) and excellent fruit taste qualities (3.6 points). Hybrid Zefir F1 is suitable for cultivation in open ground in all regions. This hybrid can be sown directly into the field or in pots or trays. Growing Zefir F1 through seedlings allows for harvest 5-7 days earlier. Recommended planting density is 2.8-3.2 plants/m2. Sowing schemes depend on irrigation type and machinery used. Hybrid Zefir F1 positively responds to organic fertilizer application.
