Description HAWK'S BEAK
Pepper variety "Hawk's Beak" is a medium-late or late-maturing variety, intended for cultivation in open ground, under plastic coverings, as well as in indoor conditions. The plant is semi-spreading, low-growing, reaching a height of about 50 cm, making it suitable for various cultivation methods, including pot planting. Sowing for seedlings is recommended in March–April, and harvesting occurs in July–August.

The fruits of this variety are small, narrow-conical with a pointed tip, bright red in color and glossy surface. Their length is 4–6 cm, mass varies from 5 to 10 grams, and wall thickness reaches 3–4 mm. The pepper has an extremely spicy flavor, making it popular among lovers of spicy seasonings. The variety has high yield — from 4.5 to 5 kg per square meter.

The variety is valued for its cold resistance, abundant fruiting, and high decorative qualities, allowing it to be used not only in cooking but also for decorative purposes. Pepper "Hawk's Beak" is recommended for fresh consumption, as well as for making various seasonings, pickling, and drying, which broadens its application in home gardening.
