The Shustrik pepper variety is an early-maturing type intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The period from germination to technical maturity is 60-65 days, allowing for a quick harvest. The plant is bushy, spreading, and tall with dark green, medium-sized leaves. Fruits are vertically oriented with an elongated-conical shape, reaching a weight of 55-65 grams. At technical maturity, the fruits are green, and at biological maturity, they turn bright red. Fruit wall thickness is 5-7 mm, ensuring juicy and tender flesh. The variety is distinguished by excellent flavor qualities, making it widely used fresh, as well as for home cooking and preservation, including marinating, stuffing, and preparing lecho. Shustrik is one of the most productive pepper varieties, demonstrating stable yield regardless of weather conditions and cultivation practices.
