Pepper variety MAЯK is an early or mid-early California-type sweet pepper with richly colored fruits that change from dark green to dark red. The fruits have an elongated-conical shape, smooth and highly glossy surface, average weight ranging from 230 to 260 grams, with wall thickness varying from 1 to 2 mm. The plant is low-growing, with dark green medium-sized leaves, and the fruits are oriented upward. At biological maturity, the pepper turns dark red and possesses high flavor and aroma qualities. Vitamin C content in the fruits reaches 300 mg%, making them especially beneficial.

MAЯK variety is characterized by a strong stem system and well-developed root system, ensuring active plant growth even after the first harvest, while the fruits retain large size exceeding 200 grams. The pepper exhibits high resistance to bacterial diseases and Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV), making it a reliable choice for cultivation in both plastic greenhouses and open ground. Yield in unheated plastic greenhouses reaches 2.4 kg per square meter.
