Leader Pepper — this is a high-yielding hybrid variety of sweet pepper, developed in 2021, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. The plant forms a medium-height, semi-spreading bush reaching 80-100 cm, recommended to be grown with support on stakes or trellises, pruned into two stems for optimal development. To improve fruit set, gentle shaking of the trellis is practiced, and the terminal flower in the first branching is removed, which contributes to higher-quality yield.

The fruits of the Leader pepper have a conical shape and red color, weighing between 110 to 140 grams. The peppers are thick-walled, with wall thickness of 6-7 mm, fleshy and juicy, making them ideal for fresh consumption, salads, and home preservation. The variety is early-maturing — fruits ripen 105-115 days after emergence, enabling a quick harvest.

This variety is distinguished by its resistance to diseases and pests, as well as its low maintenance and ease of care, making it a universal choice for both home gardening and commercial production. Yield in protected cultivation reaches 8-10 kg per square meter, confirming its high productivity and economic appeal for gardeners and farmers.
