Bell pepper Golubok

Golubok pepper variety belongs to mid-early maturing types with a vegetation period from germination to biological maturity of about 112-114 days. The fruiting period lasts 55-60 days. The plant is bushy, 45-55 cm tall, with flat-round, slightly ribbed fruits of golden-yellow color weighing 55-75 g. The flesh is tender, 4-5 mm thick, and possesses excellent taste qualities.

This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. Golubok pepper is widely used fresh, and is also suitable for canning due to its juiciness and aroma. The fruits are well-suited for making vegetable salads, festive appetizers, stuffing with meat and vegetables, as well as for stewing and baking.

Sowing for seedlings is recommended in early March, and transplanting seedlings should be done at the end of May or beginning of June.
