GOLDEN ATAMAN

The sweet pepper "Golden Ataman" is an early-maturing, high-yielding hybrid suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The plant is semi-determinate or semi-spreading, of medium height — from 40 to 100 cm — with a strong stem and green, slightly wrinkled medium-sized leaves. The vegetation period lasts from 95 to 115 days, enabling a quick harvest.

The fruits of this variety have a round-cuboid or flat-round shape with a smooth or slightly ribbed surface. In technical maturity, they are light green, and in biological maturity — bright orange or yellow-orange. Fruit weight varies from 150 to 300 grams, with wall thickness ranging from 7 to 11 mm, ensuring juicy and dense flesh. The taste of the fruits is excellent and sweet, making them suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for canning and processing.

The variety is characterized by large fruit size, good yield — up to 4.7 kg per square meter in open ground — and adaptability to cultivation conditions in various regions. Due to its features, "Golden Ataman" is widely used in home cooking and recommended for cultivation by both hobbyists and professional gardeners.
