Onion Reyana

Reyana F1 onion is a high-yielding Italian-type hybrid, distinguished by excellent market qualities and disease resistance. The bulbs have an attractive dark-bronze color and weigh up to 250 grams, making them in demand on the fresh produce market and suitable for long-term storage. External protection is provided by three dense scales, which help preserve the bulbs during storage. The plant's leaves are dark green with a waxy coating, which helps protect the plant from adverse weather conditions and pests.

This onion variety belongs to the long-day type and is characterized by high dry matter content, positively affecting its flavor and storage life. The vegetative period lasts 115-120 days, allowing harvest at optimal times. Due to its disease resistance, Reyana F1 reduces the risk of crop loss and simplifies crop care, which is especially important for farmers focused on industrial cultivation and fresh market sales.

Reyana F1 onion can be grown both in spring and autumn by direct sowing. It is recommended to sow at a depth of 2-3 cm with a spacing of 25-30 cm between plants and 70 cm between rows. Care includes loosening the inter-row spaces and maintaining optimal soil moisture: 75-80% of field capacity until bulb formation begins and 65-70% during the formation period. Harvesting occurs at the beginning of leaf fall, typically at the end of August. This approach ensures a high-quality, stable onion yield with excellent market characteristics.
