Green Star

Cabbage variety Green Star is a plastic hybrid with a maturation period of 90-100 days from transplanting seedlings. Heads have a semi-circular shape and average weight of 3-4 kg, while high head density begins already at 1.9-2.1 kg by day 75. A distinctive feature of this variety is the almost complete absence of core, ensuring zero-waste processing. Leaves are thin, fiber-free, bright green in color, and sweet in taste, making the cabbage especially attractive to consumers.

Green Star is characterized by uniform and synchronized maturation, which contributes to maximum yield. The variety is resistant to cracking for 20-25 days and tolerates temperature fluctuations well. It has a strong waxy coating that improves storage and transportability of cabbage. Additionally, cabbage demonstrates high tolerance to bacterial diseases and thrips infestation, and does not require special agrophone conditions, successfully growing under insufficient moisture.

This cabbage variety is distinguished by high yield and excellent taste qualities, confirmed by compliance with agricultural production standards. Due to its resistance to diseases and adverse conditions, Green Star is ideally suited for cultivation in various regions, including the middle belt. Its vegetative mass allows for planting densities up to 45-50 thousand plants per hectare, further enhancing production efficiency.
