Gerda

The Gerda cabbage variety is a late-maturing, high-yielding variety, an improved version of the well-known Amager variety from German selection. The vegetation period ranges from 110 to 145 days, allowing for harvest over an extended period. The heads are round-oval in shape, highly dense, and weigh between 2 to 4 kg, ensuring ease of transport and storage.
