Elegance and Resilience: Why Choose "Pamyati Vlada"

The "Pamyati Vlada" peony from the FANTZA breeding center is the quintessence of garden aesthetics, combining French refinement (the variety's originator is France) with striking adaptability. Unlike many modern varieties focused solely on appearance, this herbaceous peony demonstrates a perfect balance between ornamental value and low-maintenance needs.

Key Features and Plant Architecture

The main advantage of this variety is its semi-double flower type. In an era dominated by heavy, globe-shaped blooms that often sag under rain, "Pamyati Vlada" retains its shape thanks to its structure. The 18 cm diameter flower features a subtle color transition from pure white to soft pink, making it a versatile accent in landscape design.

• Stability: The 80–90 cm height allows for use both as a standalone specimen and as a background plant in mixed borders.
• Timing: Flowering in the mid-season period (late May to mid-June) fits perfectly into the peak activity of most perennials.
• Usage: This variety is ideal for cut flowers; the stems possess sufficient rigidity, and the blooms stay fresh in a vase for a long time.

Who is this peony for?

This variety is a find for those who prefer a "smart garden." It requires sunny spots and minimal care while providing consistent results year after year. A potential downside is its requirement for light: in the shade, the variety loses color intensity and blooms less profusely. This is a choice for professional landscape designers and gardeners seeking a variety with impeccable French genetics and the proven reliability of FANTZA.
