Pelargonium Mandarin – a compact indoor plant reaching a height of 30–35 cm, which easily adorns any windowsill with its decorative foliage and bright flowers. The leaves are large, light green, and give the plant a full appearance.
The floral effect is achieved thanks to spherical inflorescences consisting of semi-double buds of mandarin-brick color with snow-white bases. In the center of each flower are stamens with dark maroon anthers. The flowers are large – up to 5 cm, orange-red in color with white edges, which makes them particularly noticeable.
Pelargonium Mandarin starts flowering in late spring and continues flowering until the beginning of autumn (from May to September), showing early and abundant flowering. The plant requires moderate watering – the soil should remain moist but not waterlogged; spraying is not needed. The variety is resistant to adverse weather conditions, however, during the cold period it is better to move it to a warm room, since frost resistance is weak. With proper care, the plant retains bright flowering and attractiveness throughout the season.
