Description Banquet
Late autumn variety obtained at Dubovsky Support Station of NVNIISS by crossing the 'Yubileynaya Koreneva' variety with 'Olivier de Serr'. Authors: R. V. Korenev, L. K. Zhukova. The variety undergoes State Variety Testing in the Nizhnevolsk region.

Medium-sized tree with a dense, broad-pyramidal crown. Strong foliage. Bark on the trunk and main branches is gray and flaking. Skeletal branches are gray, branch off the trunk at nearly right angles. Branches are curved and compactly arranged, with branch tips directed upwards. Fruit-bearing on spurs and fruiting twigs.

Shoots are thick, straight, round in cross-section, brown. No pubescence. Few small stipules. Vegetative buds are pressed, medium-sized, round, smooth. Leaves are medium-sized, elongated-elliptical. Leaf apex is short-acuminate. Leaf color is dark green, leaves are smooth and glossy with delicate venation. Leaf blade is concave, curved downward, no pubescence. Leaf margin is wavy or finely toothed. Petiole is long, medium thickness, bare.
Inflorescence — a rounded panicle with an average number of flowers. Flower buds are rounded-acuminate, smooth, medium-sized. Flowers are medium-sized, white, flat, smooth.

Fruits are very large (weighing 260 g), one-dimensional, round, well-formed. Fruit surface is smooth, skin is rough, dry, dull. Main fruit color is greenish-yellow, with no coating or a blurred pink blush on the sun-exposed side. Subcutaneous dots are gray, clearly visible, medium-sized, numerous. Fruit stalk is short, thick, straight, angled. Deepness of the fruit's depression is medium, obtuse-conical, narrow, no rusting. Receptacle is non-deciduous, semi-open, large. Dish is deep, wide, ribbed. Heart is small, bulbous. Sub-receptacle tube is short, bowl-shaped. Seed chambers are small, closed. Seeds are medium-sized, brown.
Flesh is white, juicy, oily, tender, slightly sour-sweet, very good taste. Dry matter content — 18.2%, sugars — 15.5%, acids — 0.26%, pectin — 0.6%, ascorbic acid — 4.0%. Taste and appearance of the fruit are rated 4.5 out of 5.
Late autumn maturing variety; harvest ripeness occurs at the end of September, consumer ripeness — in October-November (in refrigeration, fruits can be stored until January).
Fruits do not drop. Fresh fruit transportability is medium. Commercial quality is high.
Fruits are for dessert use.
Trees enter fruiting stage 3-4 years after planting in orchards as one-year-old seedlings. Self-fertile. Yield is regular and high. Cold and drought resistance are high. Disease and pest resistance is medium.

Advantages of the variety: high commercial and taste quality of fruits, early fruiting, self-fertility.
