TEMISOVSKIY

The TEMISOVSKIY peach variety is an early-ripening variety with a maturation period occurring from late May to mid-June. Fruits of this variety have an average weight of 125 to 170 grams, round or oval shape, and bright yellow color with a dark red or blurred red blush covering almost the entire surface. The flesh is yellow, juicy, aromatic, and tasty, with a slight tartness; additionally, the pit separates well, which facilitates fruit consumption and processing. The TEMISOVSKIY peach tree is of medium height, reaching 3-3.5 meters, with an inverted-cone shaped crown of medium density. Flowers are bell-shaped, and fruiting begins in the second or third year after planting. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to -28°C, and resistance to diseases, including leaf curl. Thanks to these qualities, the variety is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions. For successful cultivation of the TEMISOVSKIY peach, it is recommended to choose sunny, wind-protected locations. The planting hole should be prepared in advance, filled with fertilizers: nitrogen in spring, phosphorus and organic matter in autumn, as well as rooting agents. The dimensions of the hole should be approximately 65 by 65 cm. After planting, the sapling must be well watered and mulched with sawdust or peat. It is important that the graft union is located 5 cm above the soil level, and the distance between trees should not be less than 3 meters for good development of the root system and crown.
