Peach LOVED

Technical Profile of the 'Ulyubleny' Peach

Developed by the Nikitsky Botanical Gardens (NBS-NNTS RAS), the 'Ulyubleny' peach variety is engineered for the high-efficiency demands of modern horticulture. As a semi-dwarf tree reaching approximately 2 meters in height, this cultivar excels in balancing a compact canopy structure with high yield density.

Agrotechnical Specifications

• Productivity Timeline: The variety reaches commercial fruition within 3 to 4 years post-planting, offering a distinct advantage for intensive orchard systems requiring rapid ROI.
• Fruit Morphology: With an average fruit mass of 200 grams and a consistent spherical geometry, the fruit is optimized for standard packing lines, minimizing mechanical bruising during transit.
• Organoleptic Quality: The yellow-red epidermis protects a succulent, melt-in-the-mouth texture that characterizes premium dessert-grade peaches.

Operational Efficiency for Commercial Growers

A primary technical advantage of this variety is its inherent genetic resistance to common pathogens, which drastically reduces the necessity for chemical intervention. This trait lowers operational overheads and helps producers achieve a harvest with minimal pesticide residue, aligning with modern sustainability standards. Furthermore, the compact growth habit of the tree simplifies precision pruning, harvesting, and localized spraying, eliminating the need for heavy-duty, expensive orchard machinery.
