Peach variety 'Mystic Diamond' is a medium-late Ukrainian selection with high yield, reaching up to 40 tons per hectare. The tree is vigorous, and the rootstock is almond, providing good resistance to diseases and cold. Fruits are large, weighing from 300 to 500 grams, with dense and tough skin, which ensures excellent transportability and storage during transit.
The flesh is bright yellow with a rich red blush covering about 30% of the surface. The flesh is firm, juicy, and very pleasant in taste, with moderate sweetness and acidity. The stone is small and easily separates from the flesh, making this variety convenient for fresh consumption and processing.
Mystic Diamond is widely used for making desserts, jams, juices, and canning due to its sweet flavor and quality flesh.
