Agronomy and Crop Management

To realize the genetic potential of LG KORVET, the following aspects are critical:

• Sowing Dates: Early sowing is optimal, as soon as the soil warms up to +5...+7°C. This allows the plant to maximize the use of winter-spring moisture before peak temperatures arrive.
• Planting Density: Given the morphology (medium stem length, presence of stipules with moderate spotting), a stand density of 1.0–1.2 million viable seeds per hectare is recommended. This ensures optimal light penetration and reduces the risk of lodging.
• Soil Requirements: The hybrid performs best on structured chernozems and loams with a neutral pH level. It is important to avoid compacted areas with waterlogging.
